Booking and Time Management

- Your booking time includes setup and teardown. Please ensure you have enough time within your booking to accommodate both.

*Overtime will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate.

Respect the Space

- Treat the studio and its contents with care. Report any damages immediately.

- No smoking or vaping inside the studio.

- Do not hang or mount anything on the walls without prior approval.

Cleanliness

- Please leave the space how you found it. Clean up after your session. Dispose of all trash in the provided bins. (If the studio is left excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be applied)

Noise Levels

- Keep noise to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other tenants in the building.

- No loud music or activities after 10 PM.

Equipment and Props

- Handle all equipment and props with care. Report any malfunctioning equipment.

- Return all equipment and props to their designated places after use.

Kitchen Use

- Clean up any spills immediately

- Wash any dishes or utensils used and put them back in their respective places

- Dispose of food waste properly and take any leftover food with you.

Safety

- Ensure all exits are clear of obstructions.

- Do not leave the studio unattended with any equipment running.

- No open flames or hazardous materials permitted

Guests and Conduct

- The person booking the studio is responsible for the conduct of their guests.

- Respect the privacy and work of others in the building.

Guests must cancel their Booking up to 24 hours before the event start time to receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are non refundable.

Floor Access

Stairs, Elevator, Freight Elevator

Equipment loading description

There is a loading space on Gold street which leads to the freight elevator. No ramp required. Advance notice is needed to use the freight elevator. The freight elevator leads right into the studio.

Staging area is available

There is a small changing room and a make up area.

Located in Brooklyns vibrant downtown area, our studio is easily accessible by public transportation close to the Q, B, R, A, C, F, 2 and 3 trains. There are several nearby parking options.

Pets are allowed with notice during the booking process.
